Terms of Use
Last updated: 2026-09-14
By using Dota Drafts you agree to the points below. They are deliberately short: this is a free fan project, not a commercial service.
What this site is
Dota Drafts is an unofficial fan-made tool that helps you plan Dota 2 drafts: a pick/ban simulator, hero suggestions, counter and synergy analysis, and item builds.
It is free to use and requires no account.
Relationship with Valve
This project is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Valve Corporation.
Dota 2, all hero and item names, images and related assets are trademarks and copyrighted material of Valve Corporation. They are used here for reference and identification only.
Accuracy of the data and estimates
Statistics come from public sources (OpenDota, Stratz) and can be incomplete, delayed or out of date, especially right after a patch.
The "win chance" figure is a statistical estimate derived from historical matchup data — it is not a prediction of a specific match. The hero suggestions and coach hints are advice, not guarantees. Decisions you make in your games are your own.
Availability
The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. It may be temporarily unavailable, and features may change or be removed.
Because the site depends on external APIs, parts of it may stop working if those services are down, rate-limit us, or change their terms.
Acceptable use
Please use the site as a normal visitor. Do not attempt to overload it, scrape it in bulk, use our API proxy as a data source for your own application, or bypass technical limits.
We may restrict access if such activity threatens the stability of the service or our access to the upstream data providers.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any losses arising from the use of this site or from reliance on the data and recommendations it shows.
Changes and contact
These terms may be updated; the date at the top of the page will change accordingly. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated version.
